Like many, we first heard about the benefits of cold plunging from voices we trusted—Joe Rogan, Gary Brecka, Andrew Huberman, and countless others raving about its impact on recovery, mood, and energy. Curious and inspired, my son-in-law and I decided to give it a try ourselves.

We started the hard way: jumping into a freezing backyard pool in the middle of December. It worked—sort of. We felt the benefits instantly, but it wasn’t sustainable. And when we looked into cold plunges on the market, we were shocked by the price tags. Thousands of dollars? Not an option.

So we took the DIY route—converting a deep freezer. We researched everything: JB Water-Weld, Pond Shield, sealing techniques—you name it. But even with all that effort, it still felt clunky and time-consuming. That’s when we asked ourselves: why isn’t there a liner that’s affordable, durable, looks clean—and is easy to install?

Turns out, there wasn’t.
So…..... WE BUILT ONE! 

After several prototypes, we finally created a liner in 2018 that’s easy to install in a fraction of the time compared to other DIY methods. It's built to last, gives your cold plunge a sleek, finished look, and won't break the bank.
